Turks & Caicos National Security Leaders in The Bahamas

#TheBahamas, December 6, 2022 – High-level meetings between The TCI and Bahamas continued on December 6 as the delegation which includes security leaders Nigel Dakin, Governor and Washington Misick,
After that the team visited the Royal Bahamas Defense Force Base. The pair was led on a tour of the Defense Force in Coral Harbour. It allowed the men to see firsthand how Bahamians guard borders.
The Bahamas has been absolutely instrumental in crime fighting in the Turks and Caicos over the past several months.
It is expected that a US delegation will make an appearance in The Bahamas as well sometime this week of the three countries discuss how they are going to deepen in their security connections.
