December 23, 2022 – With Christmas comes the new year and with that New Year’s resolutions. For many of us the recurring theme is “I’ll work out this year.” If your husband, brother, uncle or son is one of the men who is determined to get fitter next year you can help that journey with a few Christmas gifts to keep them on track.

Massage tools. Used by athletes and other professionals to get rid of those awful knots and kinks, massage guns and rollers can be an amazing tool to help with relief after a difficult workout.

A cookbook. It’s always good to have a cookbook full of healthy meals on hand to get rid of the temptation to snack or eat out.

An Air fryer. This allows them to satisfy that craving for crunchy fried food without the dangerous amounts of oil.

A heavy duty water bottle. To take on those morning runs, walks or biking trips so their water keeps cool and they are never dehydrated.

A heavy duty blender.  For all the protein mixes that they will inevitably want to drink and that will certainly clog up the blenders that aren’t strong enough.

A portable water bottle blender. Becoming more popular in recent years these allow users to bring their  fruit, milk etc. along with them and only blend when they’re ready to drink, guaranteeing a fresh smoothie for after workouts or for lunch, no more separating smoothies in the work fridge!

A healthy snack subscription box. To beat all the cravings while keeping their waistlines and macros in check. If you can’t find a subscription box that they will like, pick out healthy alternatives to their favorite snacks, add them to your Amazon essentials and schedule them for delivery once a month.

Exercise equipment. For the men who are working up the confidence to go to the gym, some dumbbells and a barbell at home can be a good place to start.

New gifts can help those health based resolutions and vision boards see fruition, an all-around win for you and the men in your life.
