11 Mega Stars named in Class Action Lawsuit vs FTX Digital

November 18, 2022 – A Class Action lawsuit seeks to not only hold SBF (Sam Bankmsn-Fried) responsible for the Bahamas headquartered, FTX Digital meltdown, but those who endorsed it in a $20M advertising campaign.This article (see below) features a link to the lawsuit which seeks at least $5 million from individuals like Shaquille O’Neal; Steph Curry; David Ortiz; Naomi Osaka; Tom Brady; Kevin O’Leary and SNLs Larry David among others.  Even the Golden State Warriors franchise is named in the suit.Using potentially incriminating comments made on SBF’s social media thread as evidence of mismanagement, the lawsuit was filed in a South Florida district court on Tuesday November 15; the plaintiff is seeking a jury trial.Edwin Garrison filed the complaint on behalf of himself; Garrison is described as one of the most prominent attorneys in the United States who maintains that overall, Americans lost $11 billlion in the crash of the crypto currency company.By Deandrea HamiltonEditor
