#TurksandCaicos, July 21, 2022 – The public now has the opportunity to exclusively rent the luxurious Turks and Caicos Beach House of the late singer and Grammy award winner, Prince.  The singer purchased the property in 2011 as a private beach getaway because he enjoyed the privacy and seclusion it offered.

The Beach house is situated on the secluded Turtle Tail peninsula of Providenciales, Emara Estate.  The estate is stretched across eight acres and features two villas that offer seventeen bedrooms, entertainment areas, a tiered pool, a private beach and more.  Prince’s Beach House also has a unique touch as the ‘Purple Rain’ singer had created a purple driveway, highlighting his love for the colour.

After Prince passed away on April 21, 2016, the Beach house was auctioned in 2018 and later purchased in 2019 by the CEO of a North Carolina-based private equity and investment firm, 319 Capital Partners, Tom Barnes, for $10.8 million.  Barnes did some enhancement to the house, which included an expansion with the neighboring villa, which he also purchased.

According to a Charlotte-based newspaper company, Charlotte Observer, the price for a night’s stay at the beach house ranges between $12,000 and $36,000, depending on the season and whether you lease one or both mansions.

Celebrity chef Adrian Forte and a chef who cooked for Prince prepare meals for guests.  Though the estate is in a secluded area, Barnes said it is extremely safe as the mansion has security guards 24/7.
