Youth Leaders’ Hub launches in TCI on Saturday, 18-27 Y.O.s invited

#TurksandCaicos, May 14, 2022 – The Global Shapers Hub has launched the Providenciales Hub in the Turks and Caicos Islands.

The Hub will be one of the few located in the Caribbean, and it seeks to empower and amplify the youth of the TCI to drive dialogue, action, and change.

Global Shapers Community Providenciales Hub is open to all young people living within the TCI between 18 to 27 years and to launch activities in the UK overseas territory, the Hub will be hosting its Awareness and Recruitment Webinar on Saturday, May 14 at 10 am EST.

The webinar will be hosted by Founding Curator, d’Janelle Tennant and Founding members, Carrick Astwood-Tull, and Marvin Jennings Jr.

Also, in attendance at the online seminar will be the Outgoing Curator of the Global Shapers Community of the Port of Spain Hub, Kurba-Marie Questellas and the Global Shapers Community Champion for the Caribbean, Dr David Walcott.

The Global Shapers Community supports young leaders who are exceptional in their potential, achievements, and drive to contribute to their communities by shaping local, national, and regional agendas.
