March 29, 2022 – Rumors of poisoning have plagued the current  Russia-Ukraine peace talks as Russian oligarch, Roman Abramovich and several others who attended the talks reported temporary blindness, sore eyes and peeling skin, said multiple media reports.

The US and Russia have both denied any poisoning with the BBC informing that one US official indicated the symptoms were due to environmental factors.  Despite these ominous rumours, talks are actually progressing and Russia has agreed to give besieged Kyiv a break.

Officials say Russia will drastically reduce military combat operation in Kyiv and Chernihiv to boost mutual trust.

The conditions of these peace talks include Ukraine becoming a non-nuclear state in the form of permanent neutrality giving up hope of ever being a part of NATO in exchange for the sovereignty of Ukraine to remain unchallenged.

Some 900 civilians have reportedly died since the conflict started on February 24.
