New Virus – NEOCOV – studied by Chinese Scientists in Wuhan; could be worse than COVID

February 7, 2022 – For some suspect reason, a virus from South African bats was the subject of a study by scientists in Wuhan China who say with one more mutation of the virus it will begin infecting humans with deadly consequences.

The World Health Organization has commented on the discovery explaining only, there needs to be more information on this newly detected virus.
The researchers inform, the potential for cross-neutralization was not possible in other words, antibodies they say, developed in those who have had Covid-19 or MERS would not stop one falling seriously ill or dying if this virus were to mutate and cross contaminate human beings.
The team of scientists from the University of Wuhan and Chinese Academy of Sciences told media, their findings could help to avert another global health disaster.
They are calling the new virus, NeoCov.
