Wanted by TCI Police for MURDER & THEFT

#TurksandCaicos, June 10, 2021 – In the recent murder of Billy Charles of Blue Hills; police reportedly have a first suspect and investigators appear to be looking to bring in another man for questioning in the matter from Saturday May 29. 

Joseph Alexander Williams, 31 is wanted in relation to a MURDER investigation; he is described as armed and dangerous.  He is originally of Grand Turk, with last known address in Leeward Palms, Provo; police say you should approach with caution and Joseph Williams is strongly advised to turn himself in. 

There have been a string of WANTED poster releases from the Royal TCI Police in recent days including one for Devon James Capron; the 47 year old is wanted for questioning in an active theft investigation in the response and operations unit of the Force. 

Originally from Grand Turk, the wanted poster on Capron says his last known address is Kew Town, Providenciales.  The interest in Capron may or may not be linked to the hunt for identities on three men, posted a day before. 

Police believe four men are behind or involved in a theft reported on Monday May 31.

While the images are not very clear, it is clear the police is very interested in getting help to bring in the trio; one man is already in custody. 

The three featured in the poster reportedly escaped in a white Ford SUV on Turtle Creek Drive in Discovery Bay. 

Police encourage anyone recognizing the men to call Crime Stoppers, which takes information anonymously in Miami at   1-800-8477.
