#TurksandCaicos, February 19, 2021 – Covid 19 positives in Turks and Caicos continue to bring in double digits daily.
The
Tuesday and Wednesday reports from the Ministry of Health revealed 35 new cases
up to Tuesday and 19 new cases up to Wednesday.
Providenciales
on Tuesday added 31 more patients; Grand Turk adding four in the same time
span.
Hospitalisations
are higher at 13 and recoveries gave the ‘all well’ to 79 people who are now
struck from the Covid 19 positive list over the two days.
By
Wednesday night, the nation learned of 11 more positives for Provo; five more
positives for North Caicos and three more for Middle Caicos.
At
this time, there are 286 active cases of the coronavirus and 850 people are in
isolation.
Community
testing also resumed in Grand Turk and continued in Providenciales, this week.
