#Providenciales, September 17, 2019 – Turks and Caicos – Government officials recently viewed first-hand the 18-month old construction that is to be the tallest hotel development in the Turks and Caicos Islands; the Ritz-Carlton is an impressive sight on Grace Bay Beach.
At
the Facebook page of the Office of the Premier photographs of Premier Sharlene
Robinson, accompanied by Immigration Minister, Delroy Williams are posted.
It is reported that the Ritz-Carlton is currently at its ninth storey, which means there are three storeys to go on the first building.
The
development is to boast three 12-storey buildings, which include residential
properties and 124 hotel rooms.
Walter Gardiner Jr, the realtor who sold the enviable site to Desarrollos Hotelco, the developers of the Ritz-Carlton told TCWN that 34 of the 36 condo properties are already sold at a starting price of $2.2 million.
The Premier’s page explained: “The second building is currently being constructed; with construction on a third building to commence soon. The Ritz-Carlton is well on schedule to open Fall 2021.”
