TCI: Three men receives additional charges in Kew Town robbery
#Providenciales, August 23, 2019 – Turks and Caicos – On Thursday, August 22nd, 2019, Police on Providenciales laid additional charges to the three young men in connection to the Robbery of a Silver Gray, Toyota Car in the area of Kew Town.
The 16-year-old was additionally charged for the Offences of Using Offensive Weapon so as to cause fear and Carried in Conveyance taken without consent, the 18-year-old was additionally charged for the Offence of Carried in Conveyance taken without consent, and a second 16-yearold received an additional charge for the Offence of taking motor vehicle without authority.
The men initially received Robbery charges on Monday, August 19th, 2019.
This incident took place on August 14th, 2019, sometime after 3:00 p.m. The men were taken into custody later that day and arrested. The three received bail in the sum of $US5000.00 each.
