Published

#Providenciales, June 25, 2019 – Turks and Caicos – Listed in December 2018 for $11.8M, Prince’s Island Estate, now known as Emara Estate has sold for $10.8M after less than 6 months on market with Turks & Caicos Sotheby’s International Realty.

The new owner has vacationed in the Turks & Caicos Islands for years as a family and wanted to have a compound large enough to host extended family.

“The property feels like its own private island. Emara Estate will be available as a highly exclusive rental destination, boasting private beachfront areas, exceptional elevated views, and a dock area which is a watersports enthusiast’s dream, and ideal for celebrating milestone and special events” – Owner

Having grown up listening to Prince’s music, it was a bonus for the new owner that Prince had once owned their now beloved Emara Estate. The iconic former owner’s purple driveway and purple-themed movie room will remain intact within a new and enhanced vision of the property.
