TCI: Road flooding to be addressed
#Providenciales, May 31, 2019 – Turks and Caicos – The Office of the Deputy Premier, Ministry of Infrastructure, Housing, Planning and Development, would like to advise the general public and in particular residents of Providenciales, that the Public Works Department has made it a priority to address the issue of the flooding behind the Providenciales International Airport, form South Dock Road Roundabout to Five Cays Corner. The Department is currently taking the necessary steps to address this matter.
A meeting will be held today with PWD Road Engineers and Project Management team and there afterwards the department will be positioning itself to commence with the critical road upgrading works.
As such, we thank the residents of Providenciales for their continued patience and understanding as we seek to address this very serious matter.
