TCI: Drinking Water Week begins on Monday, hosted by PWC for 9th Year
#Providenciales, May 5, 2019 – Turks and Caicos – Monday begins Drinking Water Week and Provo Water company is for the ninth year promoting the fact with a slew of activities.
Community outreach efforts will be held at IGA Grocery store from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on both Monday and Tuesday; a school presentation will take place at Ianthe Pratt Primary on Wednesday and on Friday May 10, Provo Water Company will announce and reward winners of the High School Poster Contest, Primary School Coloring Contest and the consumer who receives “Free Water for a Month”.
The 2019 theme for Drinking Water Week for May 5 – 11, 2019 is ‘Protecting the Source’.
