#Providenciales, March 28, 2019 – Turks and Caicos – For the accident which took the lives of Correll Glinton and Martin Field on September 8, 2016, Jermaine Missick was found absolutely culpable; and the jury handed down a guilty verdict today on both counts of causing death by dangerous driving.

A high-profile case, because of the engaged couple killed and because of the man charged with the almost unfathomable tragedy.  All of them are beloved TCI residents.

Correll Glinton was just 26-years old and worked at the Grace Bay Resorts as a pastry chef.  Field, a father of two and 33-years old was employed at the Ports of Call hotel.

Missick, was driving a Nissan V8 Titan truck, Correl and Martin were on a motor scooter on South Dock road.  The pair was struck off their motorbike and so horrible was the crash, that the young couple was pronounced dead at the scene.

Missick’s truck had extensive front end damage and rolled into a ditch along the winding roadway, infamous for deadly car crashes.

Forty-one-year old Jermaine Missick returns to court next week for sentencing.
