TCI: Guilty, as Charged

#Providenciales, December 13, 2018 – Turks and Caicos – A ruling was yesterday delivered in landmark case. Malik Cox is ‘guilty’ of the murder of Andreika Stubbs earlier this year. The trial was first murder case in the TCI where the decision was without jury, determined by judge alone based on evidence presented.

Mrs. Stubbs was fatally shot on her wedding anniversary night while she and her husband exited a club on Leeward Highway on Friday March 23, 2018.

It was said to be a case of mistaken identity that led to the shooting.
