Bahamas Press Club’s Winners of Media Awards 2018

#Nassau, November 14, 2018 – Bahamas – Proud prize winners at the Bahamas Press Club’s Media Awards 2018 ceremonies are pictured at the British Colonial Hilton on Saturday evening, November 10, 2018.  The 4th annual industry awards presentation was under the theme, ‘Celebrating 45 Years of Bahamian Media 1973-2018.’  All categories of media were recognized.

President of the Club, Anthony Capron, is pictured fourth, right.  ‘Person of the Year’ went to Gold Medal Olympian Shaunae Miller-Uibo.  ‘Lifetime Achievement Award’ went to Sir Charles Carter.  Our BIS Writer and Photographer, Eric Rose was a nominee for press photographer of the year.
