Illegal boat missed by radar, hunt on for migrants
Three to five Haitian males have already been captured and are being held at the South Dock Road Detention Centre, Magnetic Media is told. It is believed that up to 30 illegal migrants were on the boat, which reportedly remains unfound. The migrants are at large.
Residents of the area reported the heavy presence this morning of police and immigration officers.
It is said the first call about the illegal landing was around 1 a.m.
