#Providenciales, October 27, 2018 – Turks and Caicos – Another earthquake in the wee hours of Thursday morning recorded by the US Geological Survey and again, seriously the Turks and Caicos Islands, The Bahamas, Haiti and the DR were among the countries impacted – though ever so slightly.

The earthquake was recorded at 12:31 a.m., it measured 3.0 on the richter scale with its epicenter 59km off Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.

The largest passenger plane to have ever landed at the Providenciales International Airport did so on Thursday.   The B747 was a chartered flight from Dallas, Texas by Beaches Resort Villages and Spa.

Travel booking partners were on island to experience the World’s Leading Family All inclusive resort first hand.  It was just last week that Sandals Resorts touted the strong possibility for direct flights from Houston Texas to start in time for peak tourism season.
