TCI: Man Charged for Carrying a Firearm

#Providenciales, September 17, 2018 – Turks and Caicos – Officers of the Serious Crimes Unit of the Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police formally arrested and charged a 27 -year old man on Monday, September 10th, 2018 for the offence of Carrying a Firearm.

The man appeared before the Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday, September 12th 2018, and was granted bail in the sum of US$15,000.

A Sufficiency Hearing is scheduled in the Supreme Court in Grand Turk on Friday, November 2nd, 2018.
