#Providenciales, August 21, 2018 – Turks and Caicos – Shenique Higgs and Michelle Swann were first customers to dine at Outback Steakhouse TCI and greeting them was Manager, Stephen Garland.

The ladies received their meal and drinks complimentary! Right now they’re contemplating whether they will split a ‘Chocolate Thunder’.
