Here are a few of my Favorite things – August 6, 2018 – And I just love him.  Seriously… Chef Charles Joseph is a young professional who started as a teen who was not quite sure what to do with his life and he has managed to mature and become a mentor as a culinary champion not just in the Turks and Caicos, but the Caribbean.  Another tasty morsel, another favorite thing!

Another Favorite, Farming in St. Lucia

The Republic of Taiwan is helping St Lucia, and this sweet cooperation will aide the farming community and local crop production. Time cue 1:57-2:25.  Improvement in crop yields, and annual revenue boost by over 20% are identified as some of the benefits of the program. Told ya it was sweet
