MAN SHOT AT BEACH PARTY

Police are asking members of the public, to come forth with any information they may have to help in solving a shooting, that occurred on Sunday, July 1, 2018, at a Shore Club Beach party after 1 a.m.   A 30-year-old man while leaving received two gunshot wounds.  The man is listed as stable.

HAITIAN SLOOP INTERCEPTED

A 28ft blue and red Haitian sloop was intercepted three miles off Providenciales, Sunday, July 1, 2018, by successful efforts of the Royal Turks and Caicos Marine Branch and Coastal Radar Officials.  A total of 92 Haitian nationals, 64 males, 27 females and 1 juvenile were apprehended after 5 a.m.  The Illegal Haitians are currently at the Detention Centre for processing and repatriation by Immigration Officials.

STORE ON COOPER JACK ROAD ROBBED BY MASKED MEN

Providenciales Police are investigating a Robbery that was reported on Saturday, June 30th, 2018.  According to reports, shortly after 11:00 pm, two masked men, with firearms, entered a business establishment on Cooper Jack Road and robbed the establishment of an undetermined amount of cash before fleeing on foot.

Police are appealing to members of the public who may have any information in connection with this crime to contact police right away on 911 or Crime Stoppers at 1- 800-8477.
