Flow TCI appoints new Financial Analyst, Romard Palmer

#Providenciales, July 20, 2018 – Turks and Caicos – Cable & Wireless TC Ltd/Flow TCI, full service communications and entertainment provider in the Turks and Caicos, is proud to  announce and welcome Romard Palmer, MBA, as the new Financial Analyst within the Finance Department at the Flow Headquarters in Providenciales, effective July 9, 2018.

Palmer will be responsible for supporting the Finance Manager in the timely and accurate reporting of results and the management of financial processes and controls.  He will also support the quarterly forecasting, annual planning and strategic planning process and provide financial input and analysis for capital investment business cases and pricing and promotion proposals.

Flow TCI Country Manager, Mrs. Delleriece Hall remarked: “We are excited to have an exceptional young talent joining the company. Not only will he bring a tighter focus on annual and strategic planning and forecasting, but also champion process and control improvement initiatives across the business unit.”

Palmer graduated from Wilmington University in Newcastle, DE with a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Lincoln University.

He comes with over 10+ years of experience in both corporate and public accounting and served clients in a variety of industries such as manufacturing, audit, taxation, and non-profit organizations.
