TCI: Illegal Haitian Sloop Intercepted
According to 911 Central, around 9:00 p.m., on the said date, Coastal Radar Officials identified a sloop, 2.5 miles from the Bluff Area. The Marine Branch M/V Sea Guardian already on Patrol successfully intercepted the sloop with 35 males and 6 females onboard.
The detainees were transported to the South Dock Port and handed over to Task Force members who escorted them to the Detention Centre for processing.
