#Bahamas, March 16, 2018 – Harbour Island – Officials of the Government of The Bahamas Wednesday (March 14) signed a Heads of Agreement with 4M Harbour Island Limited for the redevelopment of the Harbour Island Marina into a world-class tourism facility. The Minnis Administration says the project has received “the overwhelming support of the residents of Harbour Island.
The $45 million Harbour Island Resort and Marina Development, scheduled to be completed in two-and-a-half years, is expected to enhance the natural attributes of Harbour Island while invigorating and stimulating the economies of Harbour Island and the surrounding Eleuthera communities.
The Marina property, will be redesigned with amenities including marina, clubhouse, restaurants, a retail and a resort residential community to include single and two-storey Town Homes with a total of 28 Guest Rooms, 10 Villas and a swimming pool. The marina will be a 55-slip, Loyalist design.
