#Bahamas, November 27, 2017 – Nassau – An island wide man hunt is launched for suspects responsible for three separate shootings, which have sent three men to hospital. Friday on Hospital Lane, a man was approached by a lone gunman and they fought, the firearm was discharged and the victim was struck. That man is now stable in hospital. Same night, about two hours later around 10pm, two men were said to be sitting in a car in Golden Gates when one of them was shot. The other shooting was reported around 2am Saturday on Cowpen Road; a man had just arrived at home when he was shot by a lone gunman who sped off in his 2009 Toyota Corolla. The victim in that crime is in serious condition at hospital.
Police also given info on three armed robberies under investigation, including where a vendor at the Montague Ramp was robbed of cash and personal items; four armed bandits committed this crime say Police around 5am this past Friday. A Friday evening robbery on board a public bus of all the passengers and the driver happened; Police say two men entered the bus and robbed everyone riding the bus of cash and other items. The pair got away on foot.
Cordeaux Avenue is the site of the third incident on Friday around 7pm, where two men entered a food store there and robbed the cashier then sped off in a silver Dodge vehicle. Any information you have on any of these incidents is appreciated by Police.
