#TurksandCaicos, November 24, 2017 – Providenciales – A summer time rift between two groups of boys, mainly from Kew Town and Five Cays escalated into a brawl type fight so out of control that the Police were called and the Tactical Unit was sent in.   Our reports on the issue continue to come from members of the public, because no officials have yet to address the shocking matter officially to the general public.

We are informed that two students had to be taken to hospital.   A girl, who was said to be trying to stop the fight when she was hit and more seriously wounded was a boy, who was struck in the head by either a rock or bottle.   His condition at the scene was described as, ‘his head was busted open’.

The Kew Town vs Five Cays clash is said to have also led to some arrests of boys by Police.   These youngsters between 14 and 16 years old are in their first year at Clement Howell High, we understand.   It is said that only moments before, Principal of the institution Kadean Cunningham was giving a strong talk to students about the string of fights, of which there have been many since school resumed post hurricane Irma.
