#TurksandCaicos, November 16, 2017 – Providenciales – Police say they do not know what caused the young woman, alone in her silver Nissan Murano to crash into a wall on South Dock road on Tuesday night; but they do confirm that she is just 23 years old.
Images of the wreck and the woman have been circulating on social media since the night of the fatal traffic accident and Magnetic Media has confirmed her identity as Cecile Shemara Israel.
