Grand Turk, Turks and Caicos – October 16, 2017 – Government announcements related to continued hurricane restoration include the reopening of the Marjorie Basden High in South Caicos today for forms three, four and five with classes starting on Wednesday for forms one and two. Iris Stubbs primary, also in South Caicos will have full school from today and so will Iathe Pratt Primary where infant through grade 3 join the rest of the student body for normal classes.
There is now an extension on the duty free exemption to December 31, 2017, confirmed by the Minister of Finance, Premier Sharlene Robinson.
