#Bahamas, October 12, 2017 – Nassau – Minister of Transport and Local Government, the Hon. Frankie Campbell delivered brief remarks at the Lowell J. Mortimer (LJM) Maritime Academy during its Pre-Sea Passing Out & Graduation ceremonies at Maritime Cay on Friday, October 6. Mr. Campbell congratulated the graduates for their achievement. He also commended the school for diversifying its program, which now includes a rating program. Forty-one cadets graduated from the program, including 33 males and 8 females.
