#TurksandCaicos, October 19, 2017 – Providenciales – October is a great month for many members of the Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police, as 18 of them were promoted to higher ranks in a first of its kind initiative which follows what the Commissioner called, a radical review.   The new leadership roles as they are touted in an early October release says seven officers were promoted to Inspector and 11 officers were promoted to Sergeant.

Congratulations has been ringing out about the upgrades for the men and women and leading the chorus of kudos was James Smith, Police Commissioner who said:  “Congratulations to each of these competent, capable and talented officers on their promotion.  Their new roles are vital to the continued success of the force and our ability to properly deploy our resources.”

The new inspectors are:  Dwayne Baker, Drexel Porter, Ensa Wilson, Kemron Lowhar, Lionel Mapp, Neal Stanislaus and Winston Diamond; the new Sergeants are Anthony Cumberbatch, Dakota Smith, Damien Mitchell, Delton Robinson, Inga Taylor, Jerry Grant, Kevin Clarke, Latoya Rigby, Lavern Seymour, Sabuton John and William Lightbourne.

Again, a hearty congratulations.
