#TurksandCaicos, September 28, 2017 – Providenciales – This will be another short week for storm weary Turks and Caicos as tomorrow, Friday, September 29th is a public holiday in the Turks and Caicos Islands: National Youth Day. The month is usually marked with country wide celebrations of the youth including a finale parade on the holiday.
Hurricanes Irma and Maria have put a damper on many September plans including the start of the new school year. Most students have only had about five days in classes since the academic year began on September 4, some even less.
