FIVE CAYS MP SURVEYS DAMAGE, the day after Irma
Turks and Caicos, September 13, 2017 – Five Cays – The MP for Five Cays and Chalk Sound district, Hon. Sean Astwood surveyed the area the day after Hurricane Irma struck TCI. Hon. Astwood stopped into the shelter, spoke to residents on the streets and went from home to home.
The Deputy Premier, who is also the Border Control minister is native to Five Cays and agreed that his district was one of the worst hit.
Chalk Sound, an upscale residential community was also severely impacted by Cat5 Hurricane Irma.
