Bahamas, September 5th, 2017 – Nassau – The Hon. Lanisha Rolle, Minister of Social Services and Urban Development attended the New Providence Association of Principals of Public Secondary Schools’ (NAPPSS) 8th Annual Parenting Forum Saturday, September 2nd at Sir Kendal G. L. Isaacs Gymnasium.
Minister Rolle commended the Public School Principals through written congratulations in which she said: “Your continued gestures of goodwill demonstrate the attributes and characteristics necessary to mold the leaders oftomorrow.”
The Hon. Jeffrey Lloyd, Minister of Education, addressed the forum and gave a charge to hundreds of parents and children who were in attendance.
The event was sponsored by the Ministry of Education and Commonwealth Bank. The theme for the forum was “Parents, Schools, The Community: “Shaping The Finished Product.” The Royal Bahamas Police Force Pop Band provided music.
