#TurksandCaicos, August 15, 2017 – Providenciales – Three months of construction work begins at Blue Cay Estates as the gated, turn-key luxury villa community begins its canal and private marina. The Maritime Department has advised the general public, and in particular the Boating Community to please take note of the project and to be vigilant while operating in the designated area.
The Windward Development Company, builders of the #BlueCayEstateProject broke ground in January 2016, started construction in April 2016 and saw its first residents move in just this month. Grace Bay Resorts will manage Blue Cay which features four beach front and 12 canal front residences, and there are only three villas left for sale, according to Sotheby’s International Realty.
The Maritime department says private residents and water sports operators should travel no more than 5mph in the zone as speeding may move the turbidity curtains around the construction work.
