#TurksandCaicos, August 24, 2017 – Providenciales – Police have reported that they have a suspect in custody, believed responsible for so badly beating Colin Jimbollalla Williams this past Sunday. Williams had to be airlifted to Jamaica, he was reported as paralyzed on one side of his body.
