Turks and Caicos, August 1, 2017 – Providenciales – Prince Brutus, a third man wanted after the shooting of tourist, Kevin Newman in late June on Grace Bay has turned himself into Police. A police statement reported that the 21 year old man turned himself in around 3:30pm Monday. Only 28 year old Renardo Clarke remains at large now.
