Turks and Caicos, July 28, 2017 – Providenciales – No foul play is suspected, but a very young man was found dead on Musgrove Close, Providenciales around 7:56 on Tuesday morning and so police await an autopsy to say for sure how the man died. The man, who is 36 was identified as Andrew Jamal Parker.
