Bahamas, July 24, 2017 – Nassau – Police are searching for two male suspects after man was shot dead in Pinewood on Saturday.
According to reports, shortly before 6 pm, a man was cleaning a vehicle on Silk Cotton Street off Buttonwood Avenue, Pinewood Gardens, when two male occupants of Suzuki Swift car armed with handguns, approached and shot him before speeding off. The victim was pronounced dead on the scene. Investigations are ongoing.
Police are also searching for a male suspect in connection with a shooting incident that left a man in hospital on Sunday. According to reports, shortly after 1 AM, a man was attending a party at a home in Pride Estates, when another man armed with a firearm shot him before fleeing. The victim was transported to the hospital where he remains in stable condition.
