Turks and Caicos, June 8, 2017 – Providenciales – The Department of Agriculture within the Ministry of Health Agriculture and Human Services has lifted the restriction on the movement of small animals from Grand Turk to other islands within Turks and Caicos.
Please note that with immediate effect, Dog owners will not be required to present an Inter-Island Movement Permit issued by the Department of Agriculture to carriers as proof of permission being granted for the shipment of their animals.
Import permits are still required for shipping animals from outside of the Turks and Caicos.
