Turks and Caicos, June 8, 2017 – Providenciales – On Monday 5th May 2017, 25 year old Hendry Gedeon of Blue Hills Providenciales, appeared in the Magistrate’s Court for charges of six count of Theft of a Chose in action in connection to a report made on Thursday 25th May 2017.
Gedeon who works as a server at a Resort in Gracebay came in possession of a credit card belonging to a past guest at the hotel. Investigation revealed that between Friday 31st March 2017 to Thursday 4th May 2017, Mr. Gedeon have made six (6) unauthorized transactions with the card. As a result of these suspected fraudulent transactions, a report was made by his employee.
Hendry Gedeon was arrested on Friday 16th May 2017. He plead guilty to all six (6) counts of Theft, he is presently on bail and will return on Tuesday 25th July for sentencing.
