Turks and Caicos, June 19, 2017 – Providenciales –  The Haitian Community is enraged over a report they say is true of a rape and it involves a high profile member of TCI professional and civic society.    While Magnetic Media has been unable to get Police to confirm an investigation, we did ascertain that the man has not been charged with a crime but is expected to make some sort of court appearance next month.

The woman says she has evidence of the rape including a text message on her cell phone where the accused is said to have threatened her work permit if she resisted advances.   We have reached out to the man, who is still performing his function for the Turks and Caicos Islands Government, but there was no reply.

An article published to the Haitian community worldwide is calling for an uprising against the alleged treatment of the woman, said to be a caregiver to the accused man’s aging mother. (Adjustments made)
