Bahamas, June 6, 2017 – Paradise Island – A Brazilian man was arrested on Monday following the seizure of a large amount of counterfeit US currency, which police found in his possession.
On June 5, shortly before 3:00 PM, police acted on information received from a Hotel located on Paradise Island. They arrested the Brazilian man after they found four thousand dollars in U. S. counterfeit currency in his possession.
Investigations are ongoing.
