NATIONAL GRADE SIX ACHIEVEMENT TEST (GSAT)

Turks and Caicos, May 15, 2017 – Providenciales –  It is that time of year again when students and teachers in Grade Six classrooms in both public and primary schools throughout the Turks and Caicos are carefully going through their final preparations for the National Grade Six Achievement Test (GSAT).    A total of 448 students are expected to sit the examination this year, they represent all the public primary schools and twelve private primary schools.

The Grade Six Achievement Test (GSAT) is traditionally written on the Wednesday and Thursday following the National Heroes holiday.    The Ministry and Department of Education have decided to keep this tradition and the examination will be written on Wednesday May 31 and Thursday June 1, 2017.
