GOVERNOR VISITS MINISTRY OF BORDER CONTROL AND EMPLOYMENT
Turks and Caicos, May 2, 2017 – Grand Turk – His Excellency the Governor visited the offices of the Ministry of Border Control and Employment in Grand Turk on 1 May.
Commenting on his visit, the Governor said: “I welcomed the opportunity to meet all the staff in the Ministry’s offices. I learned much about their work and was pleased to have the opportunity to underline the vital role the Ministry plays in helping secure TCI’s borders. I also took the opportunity to emphasise the importance of having an immigration control service that conducts itself with integrity, with transparency and with due regard to the many different employment needs of the country.”
