Turks and Caicos, May 8, 2017 – Providenciales – Turks and Caicos defeated the Dominican Republic in an international match up at the Meridian Field in rugby on the weekend. It was a riveting contest and Turks and Caicos won 24 to 15 after about two hours of play.
The Turks and Caicos golfers will also return home with some winning stories after a weekend in Punta Cana, DR where the Caribbean Golf Association’s Caribbean Classic was held. A team of 21 attended the tournament to represent the 649 and racked up a slew of awards.
