Turks and Caicos, April 20, 2017 – Providenciales – The judgement of the Supreme Court’s Chief Justice Her Ladyship Margaret Ramsay-Hale has been delivered and received and we can now finally move forward to continue the works of building our community and country.

The will of God and the people has prevailed and I am thankful that as a nation we can state that our justice system has been allowed to perform its duty on behalf of the people of the TCI.  I, Porsha Smith-Stubbs remain the people’s champion, a worker and a woman who from a little girl dreamed of serving the community I live in and making it a better place. Thanks to all who have supported my and I trust that you keep me in your prayers.
I want to say thank you to my attorneys who represented me Ariel Misick QC and Hon. Akierra Missick of Misick & Stanbrook, for the work they’ve done to represent me in this matter. I also thank the Attorney General Hon Rhondalee Braithwaite-Knowles who acted on behalf of the Supervisor of Elections and his officers for her diligence in setting out the facts of this matter which clearly showed no wrong was committed by any of the Respondents.
To my fellow PNP supporters I encourage you to remain steadfast like the popular R & B artist Chris Brown as he wrote the words, “If we crawl, Till we can walk again, Then we’ll run, Until we’re strong enough to jump, Then we’ll fly, Until there is no winds…”  so lets unite.
The PNP as a party will rise again, there is so much to do in the works of building a better TCI. Together we can and will achieve, together we shall make it and take the Turks and Caicos to the NEXT LEVEL.
