Turks and Caicos, April 18, 2017 – Providenciales – Detectives of the Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police Force have arrested and charged a 36 year old female and her 30 year old husband of Leeward Palms with Handling Stolen Goods in connection with a report that was made on Friday 7th April 2017.
On that date, a complainant reported to police that around 8:55pm, he was at his home in Belglade Gardens when he was robbed by three masked men dressed in dark clothing with guns in their possession. He further stated that one of the males pistol whipped him to the left side of his head causing an injury. The culprits got away with a 2008 Silver Nissan Skyline car, Xbox game and a Jamaican Passport. Three victim was taken to the Cheshire Hall Medical Centre and was later released.
The duo are also arrested on suspicion of Aggravated Burglary and Robbery in connection to other reports.
