Turks and Caicos, April 11, 2017 – Providenciales – The PDM Administration now has authorization for the government to issue contract approval notices for 25 projects and tenders among them is CCTV, Wheelchair accessible vans for TCIG, the new Post Office for Provo and for the Bight Fish Fry & Culture Village to get started.
The decisions were made at a special cabinet meeting on Friday where it is also explained that the Minister of Health, Edwin Astwood gave an update on the morgue, which he told Magnetic Media is overcrowded due to the Haitian bodies still here after their boat capsized in late January.
There was an update too on the Prison from Home Affairs Minister, Delroy Williams who also on Friday got the go ahead for there to be one decal for all vehicles in the TCI. Minister Williams had reported to media that Road Traffic will soon return to the licensing and inspection of vehicles every weekday.
